At NovaCarta, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns:
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Refunds:
Once the issue is verified, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
